In order to comply with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910, IVEK requires a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to receiving any fluids in our facility. The MSDS covering that fluid must be either emailed to ivek@ivek.com or faxed (802-886-8274) to IVEK for evaluation and acceptance.
