Generating 200,000 watts of Energy - For our Future and our Environment

Construction is complete at our headquarters and vertically integrated manufacturing plant for our 200,000 watt solar generating facility. The system is now fully commissioned and operating. This solar facility will allow us to stay competitive in the global market, create more jobs and grow.

Electricity is by far our largest energy expense. This 936 solar panel array occupies an area of 2.1 acres and generates almost 90% of our present electrical needs. Each panel has the capacity of producing 224 watts of power. The array design has an estimated annual production of 239,500 kilowatthours - this represents enough energy to supply approximately 32 New England homes!

We would like to thank Prudent Living Incorporated of Windsor, Vermont and their partner Renewable Energy Systems & Technology of Bridgewater, Vermont for the engineering and installation of this project. All components of this solar facility are made in North America.
