IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING

IVEK’s in-house engineering staff designs and customizes its products to satisfy your application requirements as necessary. The mechanical and electrical engineering departments are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining state of the art design capabilities. Engineers participate in training programs and visit customers, venders and trade shows. This allows them to stay technically advanced and understand our customers’ needs.

IVEK controls critical process through in-house manufacturing. Maintaining control over this processing has increased our quality, reliability and performance. The ceramic piston/cylinder sets are machined in-house and measured to 10 millionths of an inch (0.25 micron). Other manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining and the electro-mechanical assembly and test of the product.
