Digispense 3020 – Programmable Liquid Dispensing System

IVEK Corporation is proud to introduce the Digispense 3020 single-channel controller module designed to replace the Digispense 2000 controller. Dispensing small to large amounts of fluid (i.e. 1µl to 2ml), is easy with the Digispense 3020 controlling the variety of pump modules we offer. Having the ability to dispense lines without pulses on substrates, various cavities and containers is as accurate as it has been with the Digispense 2000. Spraying silicone or other fluids into/onto syringes, test tubes, needles and stents is still possible with this user friendly Digispense 3020 controlling our Actuators, pumps and spraying mechanisms.

The 3020 controller will operate all existing 20 and 40 pitch Linear Actuators. Features that were options in the DS2000 are now standard: Microstepping , Encoder, PLC with Load, RS232 Interface, Ultrasonic Trigger Interface and CE Approval.

New features include drawback, dwell and rate, multilevel security, non-volatile memory, storage for 32 operating recipes, minimum chamber volume mode, pump size and actuator selection, independent rates for dispense, dispense load, prime and prime load, auto-trigger, auto-trigger dwell and user help mode. Operating parameters are input via either the front panel liquid crystal display or RS232.
