Linear Reagent Stripers
IVEK provides the highest quality reagent striping systems for in-vitro diagnostic manufacturers and other companies interested in dispensing continuous fluid lines onto membranes and other substrates. IVEK stripers include a semi-automatic positioning platform, featuring a vacuum platen for secure positioning and retention of membrane substrates. Precise, volumetric fluid control is provided by Digispense 2000, Multispense 2000 or Multiplex Controller Modules dependent on the number of striping channels and types of controls required. A wide selection of ceramic low flow pump modules provides reliable, digitally selected flow rates that will ensure outstanding accuracy and precision run-to-run and within run. The flexibility and ease of use of IVEK’s Linear Reagent Stripers make them an ideal research and development tool as well as a full production machine.
