Controller Module
The 2000 Series Controller Modules are single channel, microprocessor-based units containing all the control, monitoring, and interface components for driving a precision 2000 Series Actuator Module. Each Controller Module is factory set to operate one Actuator Module with attached Pump Module. Single step or optional micro step control of the Actuator/Pump Module is coordinated through a series of front panel function push buttons and an LCD alphanumeric display. Interface connections are located on the rear panel of the controller and can include optional PLC interface, voltage trigger or RS232 computer interface. In combination with the Actuator/Pump Module, the 2000 Series Controller Module provides very accurate and precise fluid dispensing and metering. Additionally, the system requires no mechanical displacement adjustments.
